Der kleine Nebenbahnhof mit Güterschuppen und Rampen war die Endstation der 1889 eröffneten sächsischen Schmalspurstrecke von Grünstädtel nach Oberrittersgrün. Die Strecke wurde 1971 stillgelegt. Die gesamte Anlage steht unter Denkmalschutz und ist seit 1977 Museum.
Ohne Bahnsteig.
Bei Gleisen mit Bettung, Höhe durch Unterbau ausgleichen.
