Die Auslieferung der E-Lok an die DR war im März 1986 unter der Nummer 243 124. Anfang 1992 wurde sie in 143 124 umbezeichnet. Nach der Ausmusterung bei der DB AG am 1. Mai 2011 war sie bei RBH im Betriebsstand. Im Jahr 2021 erhielt die Lok ihr modernes, auffälliges Design für die Erfurter Bahn Service GmbH.
